As this is a luxury experience, clothing for mom and newborn, along with siblings up to 7 years old is provided. I also have linen button down shirts in a range of sizes and neutral colors for dads. If you choose not to use my client wardrobe, I suggest comfortable clothing that represents your unique style. I love creamy neutrals, but if you like color, this is your session and I'm here to capture what makes YOU unique. For mom, I suggest a long comfy dress. Smocking in the bust is great for comfort and multiple sizing options while your body changes during the postpartum time period. Dads, wear something relaxed. Your favorite jeans or khakis are fine. Please no starched shirts. For kids, keep it simple and comfortable. No graphic t-shirts or large logos that stand out please.

Ideally you would contact me while you are still pregnant!  Although I do get calls sometimes after baby has arrived and I do my best to fit them in when I can. Newborn sessions are recommended to take place between 7-14 days for the best results.

Absolutely spouses and kids can be in the newborn photos and I highly recommend that they do! Pets that are well trained are also welcome to participate.

A portrait investment with Wendy Kovac Photography starts at $1200. There is a $395 session fee to reserve your date and covers the time and talent of the photographer before, during and after your session.
